Level 1
Quest NPC: Silnea Aesiowe
Speak to Silnea Aesiowe, the guildmaster. You are instructed to go buy a thick blue uniform. Go to Initiate Firebringer and buy the thick blue uniform (for free of course). Return to Silnea Aesiowe and you will receive 430 XP.
Level 2
Quest NPC: Silnea Aesiowe
When you are ready, speak to Silnea Aesiowe. She will tell you to go to Elinos, the spiritmaster. After you have bound yourself, Elinos will tell you to seek out Coachman Thirtreel. Once you have done so, return to Silnea. 2,200 XP.
Level 3
Quest NPC: Silnea Aesiowe
Speak to Silnea Aesiowe. You are instructed to talk to Venathorn, whom you will find in his residence in the center courtyard that binds the guildhalls. Venathorn sends you out to collect a damaged firefly wing and tarantula leg tips from slaying sparkflies and spiderlings in the area just south of the courtyard. Return with the items to Venathorn to receive your reward — 6,900 XP and a scroll: Hardening Agent.
Level 4
Quest NPC: Venathorn
Venathorn will need a few components. He sends you to collect a drained poison sac from the green snakes that dwell in the nearby forest and to purchase a set of burlap bracers from Tailor Sinthios. Once you have these items, return to Venathorn to receive 17,000 XP and Venomguard Bracers.
Level 5
Quest NPC: Venathorn
Venathorn wants to test your battle skills. A shipment of important components for potion experiments was stolen. Find the hatebone orc thief Grethmyrk the Shade — he is the culprit.
Note: Grethmyrk is at one of the hatebone orc camps near the road not too far from town. Follow the road out of town heading southeast until the road curves left, continue heading southeast between two hills until you see one of the hatebone orc camps. The mob is wandering around the area. Kill Grethmyrk and return the stolen goods to Venathorn for your reward — 36,500 XP and a Crude Refinement Scroll.
Level 7
Quest NPC: Venathorn
Venathorn needs a Shalebone Wolf Pelt to continue his experiments. The Shalebone Wolf wanders the shores to the north. At level 7, the mob CONs yellow 
to you. Watch out for aggressive high-level mobs while hunting the Shalebone Wolf. Kill it and return the pelt to Venathorn to collect 157,474 XP, a Crude Sublimation Scroll, and Frostguard Boots.
Level 10
Starting NPC: Amelie
You will be asked to find two items and bring them to her.
Radiant Sunfly Wings are found on Sunflies in Thedruk — near the tunnel, on a hilltop west of the river south of the bridge between Tethelin and Fayspires, and in a meadow east of the river near the tunnel.
Pixie Nettle Wings are found on Pixie Nettles in Shon-To (SE). To get there, you must go through the Thedruk tunnel. Some mobs in the tunnel see through invisibility, so bring a group. From the tunnel exit, go west; the pixies are in a meadow in Shon-To (SE) at the base of the mountains. They are level 12.
It’s a good idea to get the Moradhim Coach, so you won’t have to fight through the tunnel later. From the tunnel exit, head west through the valley to Moradhim (C). The coach is outside.
Bring these items to Amelie and she will send you to Venathorn in Fayspires for your reward — 528,916 XP and an Alchemist Apprentice Staff.
Level 13
Starting NPC: Venathorn
He asks for a Green Lightning Wing from a Green Lightning Bug near the Mindwhipper Hive, east of Fayspires. They glow green and roam near a mountain by the crossroads.
The hive is near Kara Village. From the Fayspires coach, go ENE to the guard tower, then east to the village. The hive is on the right side of the road past the village. The bugs are on the left side near the gray hill. They con yellow to level 13. Grab the Klik’Anon Coach while nearby.
Bring the wing to Venathorn; he then asks for Red Burn Berries from Nindle Longsho in the Shon-To Monastery, who sells them for 225 tunar.
If you have the Moradhim coach, go there, then follow the mountain northeast past the cave and lake to the monastery tunnel. Otherwise, fight through the Thedruk tunnel and head northwest.
Your reward: 523,785 XP and the Crude Quickening ability (lets you brew potions for Liquid Alacrity – increases movement speed).
Level 15
Quest NPC: Venathorn
He asks for a Forger Wolf Fang from a Forger Wolf in the Misty Thicket area to the southwest, in the narrow passage leading to the center of the forest.
Travel south to Thedruk (but not through the tunnel). Follow the mountains SE → Castle Feldstar SW → North Kithikor NW → N → NE until you can go due south, then west to Rivervale. Get the coach there, then head west to enter Misty Thicket. The Forger Wolf is near goblins along the path; it CONs yellow to level 15.
Venathorn then asks you to go to Rivervale to speak with Anduon Twotoe (in the inn near the coachman). He gives you Yellowjack Water. Bring it to Venathorn.
Your reward: 830,764 XP, a Faulty Refinement Spell, and a Robe of Wonders.
Level 20
Quest NPC: Venathorn
Venathorn says a Book of Solutions has fallen into the wrong hands. Mathew has it. Go to Kara Village and speak to Drindan Lightfoot (in the inn, second floor).
Drindan says Mathew is in Collonridge Cemetery, sitting by a mushroom patch inside the gates. You must retrieve the book and return it to Drindan.
To get there: from Kara, run southeast one zone, or from Klik’Anon exit south, go southwest along the right side of a tall hill toward a river. Follow it to the castle in the (C) part of the zone. Entrance is on the right side, full of undead — bring a healer. Mathew is inside, level 21, but easy to solo at level 22.
Return the book to Drindan, then to Venathorn. He asks you to fetch a Locking Book Safe from Trulen next door (costs 550 tunar). Bring it back for your final reward — 2,814,929 XP and your class choice:
- Path 1: Mace and Student’s Knack (increases power pool and regen)
- Path 2: Book and Klick’Anon Cocktail (AoE damage)
Most alchemists choose Student’s Knack for power regen.
