Speak with Sir Hanst Breach, the Guildmaster. You are asked to go outside the building and find Merchant Colind and the Squire's Shield. Report back to Sir Hanst.

Starting NPC: Sir Hanst Breach
Sir Hanst asks you to report to Dame Erica Woolsley who is beside Sir Hanst. She sends you to Spiritmaster Kloe, by the well to the west. Now you will be sent to speak with Coachman Billfer.
Note: Go out to the Midroad and turn north. At the signpost, exit the city through the east gate. Continue east down the road. The stables are to the north; he is in the stables. Return to Dame Erica.
Reward: 2,200 XP
Starting NPC: Dame Erica
As proof of your expertise in battle, retrieve two cracked rat claws and return them to Dame Erica. Exit the town and kill rats until you find what you need.
Reward: 6,900 XP and receive the Hero Guard scroll

Sir Sturl Thornchild will make you a weapon if you bring him the following items:

You are asked to go out and slay one of the gnoll leaders and bring him a muddy paw.
Note: Darkpaw gnolls are northeast from Qeynos. Follow the road north as it curves. When you see the guardtowers, turn right to see a gnoll camp. Darkpaw gnolls con yellow/red.
Reward: 36,500 XP and receive the Lay Hands scroll
Starting NPC: Sir Hanst
Sir Hanst tells you that Sheriff Lordun is having troubles in Hagley, a little village to the east of Qeynos. Strange noises have been heard coming from the hillside at night. Travel to Hagley and speak to Sheriff Lordun.
Note: Follow the north path out of town along the Western Highpass Trade Road to reach Hagley.
Sheriff Lordun tells you the noise is coming from the northeast on top of the mountain. Travel to the mountain in the northeast and slay a screaming beetle (CONs yellow
@7). Loot a screaming beetle carapace and return to Sheriff Lordun. He gives you a letter to return to Sir Hanst.
Reward: 157,474 XP and receive the Protectorate scroll and the Squire's Bracers
Starting NPC: Guard Filgen
Find Guard Filgen outside the Qeynos gates. He needs you to retrieve a rare and unique flower. Head south along the trade road towards the village of Shoalhome. Just offshore you will see an island. Head to the island and there are oceanic rats there. You must kill Eeekee, the large rat, in order to get the rose. Take the oceanic rose to Guard Filgen.
Guard Filgen will give you a note to deliver, along with the rose to Guard Filgen's wife. Travel south along the road from Guard Filgen and go back to Shoalhome. Deliver the items to Guard Opheena.
She will give you a report to deliver back to Guard Filgen. Now you must travel to the northeast and slay a darkpaw seer and return its fangs to Guard Filgen.
Note: Follow the path northeast, then north past the small encampment of gnolls to find the seer.
Reward: 556,753 XP and receive the Guard's Claymore
Starting NPC: Sir Hanst Breach
Sir Hanst sends you to Surefall Glade (sign the coach!) to speak to Martha the Innkeep. Then you are sent to Smithy Panderson, who needs some work done.
He gives you a box of coins and sends you to the old woman. Exit Surefall Glade, and travel west from the glade to find the old woman deep in the forest.
Note: Her house is difficult to find, but is surrounded by Giant Beetles, Black Widows, and various wolves. It's located in Jethro's Cast (c).
She asks you to bring her items necessary to make the silk string that Panderson needs:

Sir Hanst asks you to report to Dame Woosley. She explains that one of the squires is lost. Go east to Hagley Village and speak with Brother Pendle.
Pendle thinks Wyna and her party died in the Hagley Tomb. Travel to the Hagley Tomb in the east and search for Wyna's remains.
Note: Take the path east out of town. Travel to Hagley Keep on the mountaintop. Look southeast to see the tomb.
Battle your way to the lowest level of the tomb. There are mobs in the tomb that CON yel@15. Wyna the Hateful is in the bottom of the tomb. Destroy Wyna and collect her remains. Return to Pendle, who takes the remains and gives you a note for Dame Woosley.
Giving Dame Woosley the note, she asks you go back to see Brother Pendle and collect Wyna's remains for proper burial in Melton, a village located in Druid's Watch (C).
Note: Travel south from Hagley to reach Melton Graveyard.
Upon collecting the remains from Pendle, you must take them to Grave Digger Joe, who lives in a shack in Melton. He gives you a note to take back to Dame Woosley.
Reward: 883,791 XP and receive the Knight's Bash scroll and the Etched Knight's Boots
