1. Talk to Indoren Veshine in Highbourne. She sends you to kill Ulira Veshine (CONs blue). Directions: from coach, southern-west door, head south through the south door, across the bridge, into the building, upstairs. Alternate: coach to DM, road south, west past monolith, cut west across countryside to cliff, south-southwest past broken walls to Ulira. Kill, loot, return.

2. Buy cleansing solution from Lwudras Belladuos just outside the church entrance for 600 tunar. Return to Indoren.

3. Talk to Veldruin Foamstalker for your reward.
