1. Talk to Laressa Nevar inside the Paladin Guild. She sends you to Drailis in Forkwatch.

2. Kill Shadowhand Bandits (CONs Blu) in Qeynos farmlands, collect receipt, travel to Nanigar Volsweath in Wyndhaven.

3. Purchase blade for 600 tunar from Nanigar, return to Laressa.

4. Kaelron Uldaras gives your reward.
